Aliveness
For creative mothers building businesses, brands and bodies of work they care deeply about, who want to stop functioning their way through through life and actually enjoy being in it.
Learn how to become more present, connected and fully in your life, instead of simply moving through it.
This podcast series shows you how…
I'm Rivkah Maya and I help creative mothers who have built full, ambitious lives feel more alive.
Because, you know what? You only get one life.
And I don't think we're supposed to spend so much of it just getting through the days.
Yet that's exactly - if you’ve landed here - what you might be feeling?
Not because your life is empty.
In fact, that's often what makes it so confusing.
Your life looks pretty good from the outside…
You’re raising children, building businesses, creative practices and bodies of work that mean something to you. You have a partner, friendships, ideas you're excited about and things you're looking forward to.
Many of the things you once hoped for are already here.
But you're spending so much of your time holding everything together, getting through the week and thinking about what's next that you don't get to enjoy, feel and experience the life you've worked so hard to create.
And the person who so often gets lost in the process is you.
Your energy. Your needs. Your creativity. Your enjoyment. Yourself.
What if your one life is supposed to feel better than this?
I believe it is.
I'm on a mission to help thousands of creative mothers feel fully alive in their one life.
And this podcast series is where that begins.
Inside the podcast you'll discover:
→ Why your life can be full of things you care deeply about, yet you still feel like something is missing.
→ How so many mothers lose touch with themselves, and why it makes so much sense that this has happened.
→ Why awareness alone doesn't create change, and what actually does.
→ What becomes possible when you stop overriding yourself and start experiencing more of the presence, joy and connection you've been longing for in your life.

Hello from Me
I’m Rivkah Maya, an Aliveness Coach for creative mothers.
For years I looked successful on the outside while feeling completely disconnected on the inside.
I had an exciting creative career, a busy social life and plenty of reasons to believe I should have felt fulfilled.
But beneath it all, I felt absent from my own life.
I spent so much of my life overriding myself, staying busy and looking for the next thing that I barely knew how to be with myself when everything went quiet.
Then I nearly died.
That experience forced me to confront something I had spent years avoiding:
I wasn't really alive.
I was functioning.
Since then I've spent more than a decade studying nutrition, trauma, nervous systems, embodiment, motherhood and what it truly means to feel alive.
Today I support creative mothers who are building businesses, creative careers and lives full of things they care deeply about, but who are so busy holding everything together that they're losing themselves in the process.
I want them to be able to enjoy and experience the lives they're creating, without themselves becoming the thing that gets sacrificed to make it all happen.
Because you only get one life.
And I don't believe women should have to wait for a crisis to realise they want more than merely functioning through it.
