The first episode of Aliveness will be landing in your inbox shortly.
If you've landed here, it's likely because your life looks full on the outside, yet still doesn't feel the way you hoped it would.
This podcast will help you understand why you've been feeling this way, but Experience More is where we begin actually changing the way your life feels.
On this page only, you can book a private 1:1 Experience More session for £97 instead of £250.
Inside, we'll explore:
• what's keeping you in functioning mode
• what's getting in the way of you fully experiencing your life
• what you need more of to experience more presence, joy and connection
• and the first steps towards creating more of that in your everyday life
Afterwards, I'll send you your own Aliveness Compass: a personalised guide that brings together everything we've uncovered, so you leave with clarity, direction and some gentle next steps to come back to.
So if you're ready to experience more presence, joy and connection in your own life, you can book Experience More below.

Hello from Me
I'm Rivkah Maya, an Aliveness Coach for creative mothers.
For years I looked successful on the outside while feeling completely disconnected on the inside.
I had an exciting creative career, a busy social life and plenty of reasons to believe I should have felt fulfilled.
But beneath it all, I felt absent from my own life.
I spent so much of my life overriding myself, staying busy and looking for the next thing that I barely knew how to be with myself when everything went quiet.
Then I nearly died.
That experience forced me to confront something I had spent years avoiding:
I wasn't really alive.
I was functioning.
Since then I've spent more than a decade studying nutrition, trauma, nervous systems, embodiment, motherhood and what it truly means to feel alive.
Today I support creative mothers who have built businesses, creative careers and lives that look full on the outside, but find themselves wondering why they're not enjoying, feeling and experiencing as much of those lives as they'd like.
Because you only get one life.
And I don't believe women should have to wait for a crisis to realise they want more than merely functioning through it.
