Meet your Host Rivkah Maya, Aliveness Coach for Mums

Hey, I’m Rivkah Maya. A real life mum.

An Aliveness Coach for mothers who are ready to liberate themselves from feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, and like they have to wear a mask.

Combining my training in motherhood studies and somatic coaching, I help women to bridge the gap between what their life looks like on the outside and the reality of how it feels on the inside.

Because I know what it feels like to wake up every morning, put on a brave face, and wonder if this is what life and motherhood are meant to feel like.

Friends have often asked me how I’m still standing and how I keep going each day. The key for me has been connecting to my body and nervous system in a whole new way and understanding the patriarchal system of motherhood, how that impacts me as a mother and a woman, and what I can do about it.

And in the nearly four years since my son was born, I have felt the most alive I have ever felt.

The most me I have ever felt.

The most creative, playful, resilient, grounded, patient, loving, strong and at times energised I have ever felt.

My transformational framework is based on both extensive research and real-world experience with mothers just like you.

Having walked this path myself, I now support rebellious mothers ready to write their own rules, honour their truth and feel as alive on the inside as their life looks on the outside.

What mothers said about the masterclass…

"Before joining this masterclass, I felt like a bad person every time anger or frustration surfaced. Now I understand it's not who I am - it's my nervous system responding. Learning about the Window of Tolerance gave me words for what I was experiencing. Instead of harsh self-judgment, I can recognize when I'm overstimulated and take action."

"As someone who was always calm before motherhood, discovering that these intense emotions are normal - and temporary - changed everything. The practical 60-second reset techniques have been a game-changer."

"The visual framework finally helped me make sense of my emotional landscape. Just knowing other mums experience this too felt therapeutic. Understanding I can return to a calmer space, and having the tools to do it, has been transformative."
