Your life as a mother looks full, your days even fuller - but inside, everything feels slightly out of focus.
It doesn’t have to stay this way.
Reconnect
Learn how to understand the quiet disconnect that no amount of doing or achieving can fix - and what it’s really asking of you.
You’re ticking the boxes, showing up for everyone, holding it all together -
replying to clients with one hand, scrolling for inspiration with the other,
folding laundry between drafts and deadlines, sinking into the sofa but your mind’s still running.
Even in the quiet moments, your body can’t seem to exhale.
And when you finally sit down at 10pm, your body tired but your system still on high alert,
something inside you whispers:
“Is this it?”
You don’t need to start over, you need to come home to yourself.
That’s what we do inside RECONNECT
In this 20 minute training, you’ll discover how to:
→ Understand the real reason you feel disconnected, resentful or flat - even when everything looks ‘fine’.
→ Recognise how your nervous system shapes your energy and emotions - keeping you in motion but out of touch with yourself.
→ Begin reclaiming your sense of aliveness so you can feel more grounded, creative, and present - in your work, your relationships, and yourself.

Hello from Me
I’m Rivkah Maya, an Aliveness Coach for creative mothers who’ve built lives that look full, but often feel disconnected.
After a near-death experience forced me to wake up to how absent I’d been from my own life,
I made it my mission to help other women reconnect with their aliveness,
so they can feel as alive on the inside as their lives look on the outside.
Today, I support creative mothers to move from survival to aliveness,
so their lives don’t just look good, they feel like theirs again.
You don’t need to become someone new, you need to come home to yourself.
